The proposed changes will push our water bills to 60.7% <br />higher!! Redwood City should not be proposing to further afflict its homeowners with these <br />unjustified utility rate hikes. Please rather consult with Brisbane, who has managed its budget <br />and spending and charges about half of RWC's current water bills. <br />Thank you!
