<br />Recommendation:
<br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following agreements
<br />to provide on-call professional services for on-call general and specialized consulting
<br />services for Community Development's Planning Division:
<br />1. Agreement for Services with Architectural Resources Group (ARG) in an amount not
<br />to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to
<br />extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per
<br />extension term;
<br />2. Agreement for Services with Economic & Planning Systems (EPS) in an amount not to
<br />exceed $300,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend
<br />for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension
<br />term;
<br />3. Agreement for Services with OPC Properties, Inc., a GFT Company, in an amount not
<br />to exceed $150,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to
<br />extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per
<br />extension term;
<br />4. Agreement for Services with Good City Company in an amount not to exceed $300,000
<br />over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two additional
<br />one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term;
<br />5. Agreement for Services with ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc. in an amount not to exceed
<br />$750,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two
<br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $250,000 per extension term;
<br />6. Agreement for Services with Miller Planning Associates in an amount not to exceed
<br />$200,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two
<br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per extension term;
<br />7. Agreement for Services with Page & Turnbull in an amount not to exceed $200,000
<br />over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two additional
<br />one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term;
<br />8. Agreement for Services with SITELAB Urban Studio in an amount not to exceed
<br />$350,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two
<br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term;
<br />9. Agreement for Services with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) in an amount not to
<br />exceed $300,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend
<br />for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension
<br />term;
<br />10. Agreement for Services with Strategic Economics, Inc. in an amount not to exceed
<br />$300,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two
<br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term;
<br />and
<br />11. Agreement for Services with Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC (WRT) in an amount not to
