Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation amendment to the FY 2024-25 general <br />fund budget to increase expenditures in the amount of $767,000 for increased salary and <br />benefit costs related to SEIU Local 521 Successor Memorandum of Understanding that <br />begins in FY 2024-25. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.H. Tentative Agreement for a Successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between <br />City of Redwood City and the bargaining unit represented by the Redwood City Police <br />Supervisors Association (RCPSA), amendments to the City’s Classification and Salary <br />and Wage Plan, and Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget Amendment due to increased salary <br />and benefit costs (904) Reso 16286 <br /> Reso 16287 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve Tentative Agreement relative to wages, hours, and other terms <br />and conditions of employment for employees represented by the RCPSA, for the period <br />of August 26, 2024 through August 29, 2027; <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the Classification and Salary and Wage Plan for <br />classifications represented by the Redwood City Police Supervisors Association; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation amendment to the FY 2024-25 General <br />Fund budget to increase expenditures in the amount of $236,600 for increased salary <br />and benefit costs related to the Redwood City Police Supervisors Association Successor <br />Memorandum of Understanding that begins in FY 2024-25. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.I.
