Two alternatives are identified <br />below: <br />Alternative 1: Direct staff to modify elements of the agreement and renegotiate with the consultant. This <br />alternative would delay the project schedule by delaying the start of the project. Moreover, this might <br />jeopardize FEMA grant funding as the City would not be able to meet required grant deliverable timelines. <br />Alternative 2: Not execute the agreement with Wood Rodgers, Inc. and re-issue the RFSOQ/SRS. This <br />alternative would delay the project schedule by delaying the start of the project.
