Construction on the commercial <br />development followed with permits issued in June of 2022 on lots B, C, and E. To date, the project has <br />completed development of four of the six blocks (a total of five buildings), and associated open space, <br />frontage improvements, utility upgrades, and public art. In addition, the 100% affordable housing <br />development on lot F is complete and the building is occupied. See Table 1 below for more information. <br />8.B. - Page 3 of 120 <br />166
