The following text references language from the original Density <br />Bonus Request dated 10/12/2020. <br /> <br />Applicant proposes to construct an 100% affordable project on Parcel F at 1304 El Camino Real consisting of 15 <br />extremely low income, 15 very low income, 8 low income and one manager’s unit using funds generated from the <br />affordable impact fee of the commercial development as described below.
