Page 8 of 12 <br />Exhibit A <br />Location of Affordable Units by Floor Level <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Parcel F – Parcel F is complete and operational. The following text references language from the original <br />Affordable Housing Plan dated 9/25/2020. As noted, Applicant is not proposing any changes to Parcel F and is <br />instead referencing the original figures and tables from the original entitlements. See tables below for <br />additional unit detail. <br /> <br />Parcel F will include 38 affordable units and one manager’s unit. The project would be jointly owned by Greystar <br />and HIP Housing and managed by HIP Housing Affordable Ventures, an affiliate of HIP Housing. The amenities <br />proposed for the affordable building include standard amenities such as a landscaped roof deck, but also a <br />community space for supportive service programs as well as job training and other services, all of which would <br />otherwise not exist in the market rate development. <br /> <br />Replacement Units from 1306 Main Street <br />The project proposes to purchase the City-owned building at 1306 Main Street which contains 22 BMR units at <br />the very low-income level and locate these units in Parcel F. The project will cover the relocation expenses for the <br />three existing tenants and one onsite manager residing at 1306 Main Street.
