Quality Assurance <br />•Conduct a walkthrough with City staff to inspect line placement, dimensions, and quality. <br />•Correct any deficiencies identified during inspection. <br />Finish & Sealing <br />•After striping, apply four (4) coats of water-based polyurethane clear coat finish, as <br />specified. <br />•Ensure the finish is compatible with the striping paint and provides a protective, slip- <br />resistant surface. <br />•Provide adequate curing time per manufactures’ recommendations. <br />•Reapply vent cove base with necessary adhesives around perimeter. <br />Cleanup <br />•Remove all equipment, materials, and protective coverings. <br />•Leave work area clean and ready for use. <br />Deliverables <br />•Written warranty on workmanship and materials (minimum 1 year). <br />•Care and maintenance recommendations for the gym floor.
