REV: 10-14-25 LR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall support the City’s efforts to pilot a Transportation Management <br />Association (TMA) by implementing outreach and survey activities in alignment with City’s <br />Transportation Demand Management (TDM) objectives, in the timeframe as outlined in <br />Figure 1. These activities are intended to expand awareness of available commute <br />options, distribute Caltrain passes and register eligible seniors for PVI ridehail services, <br />and collect and analyze survey data to inform future City strategies. <br />Table 1. Conduct Outreach <br />Consultant shall conduct outreach through presentations, association-based <br />engagement, tabling, and targeted door-to-door canvassing. Outreach will include: <br />Presentation to one (1) business association of the City’s choosing. <br />Tabling at two (2) farmers markets events within the City and two (2) non- <br />farmers markets events of the City’s choosing, with the goal of distributing <br />Caltrain passes and registering eligible seniors for PVI ridehail services. <br />Outreach to fifty (50) small businesses, to be contacted through <br />associations recommended by the City, and/or in locations to be agreed <br />upon with the City, with the goal of collecting information on small business <br />commute trends and raising awareness about the commute survey. <br />Outreach to twenty (20) additional priority businesses or institutions to be <br />determined by the City (which may include large businesses, schools, <br />assisted living facilities, affordable housing establishments, etc.), with the <br />goal of collecting information on commute trends and building participation <br />for a commute survey. <br />Deliverables: <br />i. Distribute fifty (50) Caltrain passes <br />ii. Achieve Twenty-five (25) new PVI ridehail registrations <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
