REV: 10-14-25 LR <br />2. Analyze Outreach <br />Consultant shall review and synthesize insights gathered from outreach activities. <br />Analysis will summarize patterns in transportation needs, barriers to sustainable <br />commute adoption and mode shift, and opportunities for program development. <br />Deliverables: <br />i. Short written report (3-5 pages excluding Appendixes) detailing and <br />analyzing results of outreach activities, including: number of businesses <br />and residents reached, materials distributed, recommendations for City to <br />improve future outreach and mode-shift initiatives, and any other key <br />insights to inform future TMA strategies. <br />ii. One hour presentation to City staff going over report findings and answering <br />any questions. Presentation shall include a slide deck with visualizations of <br />key data and findings. <br />iii. File containing all photos taken during tabling events, and any raw data <br />collected as part of outreach activities. <br />3. Implement Commute Surveys <br />Consultant shall design and administer two (2) online commute surveys with a goal <br />of generating at least 200 responses total. Survey questions will address current <br />commute modes, receptiveness to using alternative transportation modes, and <br />additional insights into commuting behavior. <br />The target audience of the surveys are: <br />Survey 1. Employees of businesses located within Redwood City <br />Survey 2. City personnel <br />Consultant will draft survey questions for both surveys above and allow for City <br />staff to review and edit prior to distribution. For Survey 1 (Employees of businesses <br />located within Redwood City), Consultant will work with City staff to compile and <br />refine the distribution list from businesses engaged during the outreach activities <br />described in Item 1, following which Consultant will lead distribution. For Survey 2 <br />(City personnel), City staff will work closely with Consultant to co-develop survey <br />questions, following which City staff will lead distribution with Consultant’s support. <br />Deliverables: <br />i. Design and administer a commute survey for employees of businesses <br />located within Redwood City <br />ii.
