REV: 10-14-25 LR <br />4. Analyze Commute Surveys <br />Consultant shall analyze responses from the two (2) commute surveys as <br />described above and identify trends in commute behavior and willingness to adopt <br />alternative transportation modes. Consultant will synthesize information and <br />provide recommendations for City staff on how TDM and TMA programs can <br />support City’s Transportation goals. <br />Deliverables: <br />i. A report summarizing findings from the surveys, synthesizing notable trends <br />and identifying key recommendations for supporting mode shift in Redwood <br />City. While some findings may apply to both surveys, the report shall also <br />include findings which may be specific to each survey, with stand-alone <br />sections of the report addressing each survey separately. <br />ii. One hour presentation to City staff going over report findings and answering <br />any questions. Presentation shall include a slide deck with charts, tables, <br />and other relevant visualizations of key data and findings. <br />iii. Files containing all raw data collected from both surveys. <br />Cost and Fees <br />For costs associated with implementing the above activities, Consultant shall charge fees <br />for services to the City in accordance with the hourly rates (Table 2) and fee schedule <br />(Table 3) presented below within the allotted not-to-exceed budget of $36,500. <br />TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT $36,500. <br />Table 2.
