Finalized: 7/22/2025 <br />3. A counter part of the City of Redwood City Home <br />Rehabilitation Loan Agreement ("Loan Agreement"), <br />executed by the Borrower <br />4. Hazard insurance policy <br />B. City will deposit: <br />1. A counter part of the Loan Agreement executed by the City <br />2. Request(s) For Notice Under Section 2924B Civil Code <br />("Request for Notice") executed by the City <br />3. Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco will deposit funds sufficient to <br />pay the necessary costs and fees to close escrow. The City shall not bear <br />any costs in connection with this escrow. <br />4. Set a date certain for the closing and recordation of documents. <br />5. Record the following documents against the property: <br />A. Deed of Trust in the subordinate lien position to the JPMorgan <br />Chase Deed of Trust in the amount $310,500. <br />B. Request for Notice. <br />6. All City documents are to be recorded at no charge pursuant to California <br />Government Code Section 27383, and if a recording fee is charged, you <br />are to pay the recording fee from the funds deposited into escrow. <br />7. Please provide the City a copy of the 2021 Lender's ALTA Policy. The <br />ALTA Policy shall include 8.1, 9.7-06, & 22.1-06 endorsements (or <br />whichever endorsements you are requiring), showing fee title to the <br />Property vested in the Borrower's name, subject only to taxes and <br />assessments not delinquent and with the following exceptions only 1-6, as <br />set forth in the Preliminary Title Report issued by you on June 6, 2025 and <br />with the following escrow number 0227031539 -MP. <br />8. Provide the City with a policy of hazard insurance on the Property, in an <br />amount sufficient to cover all indebtedness on the Property and showing <br />the City of Redwood City, Attn: Housing Division, 1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063, as a loss payee. <br />9. If checked, provide the City with a policy of flood insurance <br />coverage in an amount sufficient to cover all indebtedness on the Property <br />and showing City of Redwood City, Attn: Housing Division, 1017 <br />Middlefield Road Redwood City, CA 94063, as a loss payee. <br />10.
