Finalized: 7/22/2025 <br />A. You have received the funds as may be necessary to close escrow. <br />B. You hold the documents referred to in Section 2, duly executed and <br />acknowledged where required, with all appropriate exhibits <br />attached. <br />C. You have inserted the date of recordation and instrument numbers <br />into all documents that contain blanks for dates and instrument <br />numbers relating to the date of execution of documents or <br />recordation of documents. <br />D. You have ensured that the proper legal description is attached to all <br />documents to be recorded. <br />E. You have met and completed all of the requirements of these <br />escrow instructions. <br />F. You have written or oral confirmation from the City's representative, <br />Alin Lancaster at 650-780-7299 or alancaster@redwoodcity.org, or <br />any other designated representative that all conditions of closing <br />required by the City have been satisfied. <br />11. Immediately upon recordation of the Recorded Documents, you are <br />instructed to notify Alin Lancaster by phone or email at 650-780-7299 or <br />alancaster@redwoodcity.org <br />12. Upon close of escrow, you are instructed to deliver the following <br />documents to the City of Redwood City, Attn: Housing Division, 1017 <br />Middlefield Road Redwood City, CA 94063 within seventy-two (72) hours <br />of the close of escrow: <br />A. The original copy of these escrow instructions acknowledged by <br />Old Republic Title Company, <br />B. The originals of the Loan Agreement and the Promissory Note, <br />C. A conformed copy of the Recorded documents, which are to <br />include, where applicable, recording information certified as correct <br />by Old Republic Title Company, <br />D. City's title insurance policy, Hazard insurance and Flood insurance, <br />E. A certified copy of the final settlement statement, <br />F. Copies of any and all other documents deposited into escrow. <br />13. These instructions may be revoked, amended or modified in writing <br />executed by all parties hereto at any time prior to the close of escrow. <br />The City authorizes Alin Lancaster or designee to sign any revocation, <br />supplement, amendment or modification to these instructions on the City's <br />behalf. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact City of Redwood City's Housing <br />Leadership Manager at alancaster@redwoodcity.org, or phone number (650) <br />780-7299. <br />3 <br />
