e. Borrower reserves the right to require, at any time, complete certified copies of any <br />or all required insurance policies and endorsements. <br />f. Habitat must enter into a written and executed contract or agreement with each of <br />its subcontractors, subconsultants, and/or any other parties that provide materials, services, <br />or perform construction or other work, collectively, "hired parties".
