The Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract) will ensure the maintenance, restoration, enhancement, <br />and protection of the environment (which includes historical resources), and because the <br />maintenance and preservation work carried out is required to be consistent with the <br />Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. <br /> <br />3. The City Council hereby approves the Mills Act Contract for the subject <br />property and authorizes the City Manager or designee to execute the Mills Act Contract. <br /> <br />4. The City Council directs staff to file all property documents for recordation <br />with the San Mateo County Recorder’s Office. <br /> <br />5.
