These docks may offer charging infrastructure powered by solar panels or <br />plug power connected to the City’s electric grid. <br /> <br />DOCKING STATIONS SHOULD BE: <br />• Located in the street furniture zone or in the traditional auto on-street parking lane along <br />the curb. <br />• Located at least 15’ from a crosswalk or curb ramp. <br />• Provide a minimum 6’ clear path for pedestrians, when located in the furniture zone. <br /> <br />To subsidize infrastructure costs, including charging infrastructure, docking stations may include <br />branding and/or digital and static signage for marketing content, subject to City approval. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Figure 42: Docking Stations (Pittsburgh, PA) <br /> <br /> <br />7.A. - Page 113 of 121 <br />119
