The project will be funded from <br />the Sewer Collection System Replacement Program (75133), which had an available balance of <br />approximately $2.3M as of October 29, 2025. <br />Table 2. These <br />costs include Engineering and Transportation staff time for project management and coordination to keep <br />the project on schedule and within the dedicated project budget. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />7.C. - Page 5 of 28 <br />140
