The last City tree inventory was completed nearly 15 years ago. <br />ANALYSIS <br />On January 27, 2025, the City Council approved a contract with Davey Resource Group, Inc. (“Davey”) to <br />conduct a tree inventory, and Davey started performing these services later that spring. Unfortunately, <br />Davey could not complete an inventory of all the City’s trees with the approved not-to-exceed contract <br />amount, since there are more City trees than originally anticipated.
