The front window of the projecting bay, with its carved patterns, brackets, and trabeated form, stands as an <br />excellent example of 1880's tastes. The presence of many brackets and pendants in this design also suggests the designer's <br />awareness of the contemporary Eastlake Style. The house has been moved from its previous location at 505 Middlefield Road, <br />to its present site, next to the Offerman residence, one of Redwood City's oldest.
