The Fourth Amendment does not propose substantial changes <br />to the Project and there are no substantial changes with respect to circumstances under which the Project <br />would be undertaken or new information of substantial importance of the kind that would require <br />additional environmental review pursuant to Section 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />On November 28, 2025, ten days before the hearing date, notice of this public hearing was mailed to <br />property owners, tenants and interested parties within a 300-foot radius from the Project site, posted on <br />the website and placed in The San Mateo Daily Journal. Finally, the agenda was posted, with the agenda <br />items being listed, at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Continue the item and recommend negotiating different terms for the Fourth DA Amendment. <br />2.
