Priority will be given to structures with missing or questionable information, as well as locations where flooding has been observed or is suspected to be associated with the structure. Survey efforts will include collecting data on structure openings, inverts, soffits, piers, top-of-bank elevations, deck elevations, and channel geometry both upstream and downstream of each crossing. b. Task 3.b.2 Private Creek Crossings: Subconsultant to perform up to twenty (20) creek crossings on private property that were not captured as part of previous modeling efforts. Consultant and team to survey structure opening, invert, soffit, piers, top of banks, deck elevation, and channel geometry immediately upstream and downstream of the structure. It is assumed that City staff will coordinate with residents and will be able to escort Subconsultant to perform surveys on private properties. c. Task 3.b.3 Creek and Wetland Aerial Survey: Subconsultant to perform aerial survey to capture detailed topography of the area where proposed flood mitigation improvements will be located to support 30% design of City preferred flood mitigation alternative. The aerial survey will supplement County 1-meter LiDAR. The scope includes (1) day of aerial panel placement to support capture of up to three (3) miles of continuous land coverage within a 100-foot swath. This scope does not include surveying ground concealed by vegetation, water, or structures. The aerial topographic survey will be based on City preferred horizontal and vertical datums. Task 3.c Boundary Surveys: a. Subconsultant to perform five (5) days of field work for finding and/or establishing monuments. b. Subconsultant to review title reports obtained by the City’s Project Manager, and City Staff (40 hours of staff time allocated). c. Subconsultant to map boundary using subdivision maps and record of surveys (100 hours of staff time allocated). Deliverables: Condition assessment report (PDF), Creek crossing field data collection report (PDF), aerial survey (AutoCAD integrated onto design and PDF), boundary surveys and memorandum (PDF), and Land, utility and topographic surveys (AutoCAD integrated onto design and PDF). Task 4. Flow Monitoring, up to $26,220 Time and Materials (T&M) Under this task, Consultant and team will provide flow monitoring services to obtain relevant data and therefore update and calibrate the Hydraulic and Hydrologic model on Task 5.
