REV: 11-19-25 LR
Deliverables: Capacity and Deficiency Analysis Memorandum (PDF).
Task 7. Watershed and Wetland Study, up to $12,370 Time and Materials (T&M)
This task provides a development of a draft and final Watershed and Wetland Study
Report and includes the following:
a. Consultant to provide documentation to the City’s Project Manager including a
summary report and appendices documenting the storm drain inventory and
condition assessment, design standards, hydrologic and hydraulic model
development, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, capacities and deficiencies,
hazards and vulnerability analysis, and alternative analysis. The appendices
will include all the previously developed technical memoranda, documenting
criteria, data sources, regulatory requirements, condition assessment,
hydrologic analysis, hydraulic analysis, calibration, reconciliation, and all
necessary maps. Consultant will use a user-friendly and graphical presentation
approach to convey complex information thorough the documents.
b. Consultant to develop technical memorandums with every progress as
sections of the final report.
Deliverables: Draft and Final Watershed and Wetland Study Report (PDF), Response
to comments document.
Task 8. Hazards and Vulnerability Analysis, up to $40,680 Time and Materials (T&M)
This task builds upon the 2024 Redwood City Vulnerability Assessment to identify
vulnerable reaches of shoreline within Redwood Creek, and it includes:
a. Consultant’s analysis will incorporate model results from Task 6 to identify
assets and infrastructure vulnerable to flooding hazards for current and future
climate conditions. This will be accomplished by performing an overlay
analysis of flood hazard layers with building or infrastructure locations.
Consultant will tabulate the assets exposed to these hazards, the degree of
exposure, identify potential impacts from exposure, and the adaptive capacity
of critical assets. The assessment may consider core sectors per SB1
vulnerability assessment requirements and minimum categories and asset
standards per BCDC’s Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan (RSAP)
requirements.
Deliverables: Vulnerability Assessment memorandum (PDF).
Task 9. Alternative Analysis and Report, up to $107,313 Time and Materials (T&M)
ATTY/AGR.2025.317/Wood Rodgers, Inc. (Page 21 of 77)
