An update to all stakeholders engaged in the process will be sent by <br />the Consultant and team once a preferred alternative is selected. <br />To implement a meaningful community engagement that informs both, the <br />public and the Project, Civic Edge will support the creation of consistent <br />messaging and visuals that translate the technical into easily understandable <br />engagement materials which could include handouts, presentations, and <br />website content. <br />Deliverables: Public Outreach Plan and associated schedule (PDF), visuals and <br />other materials for meetings and community workshops, meeting agenda, minutes <br />and/or feedback summary for engagement with environmental regulatory agencies, <br />residents, and FEMA, and documentation tracking and prioritizing stakeholder input. <br />Deliverables in electronic format for City’s project manager review and approval. <br />Task 20. Jurisdictional Permitting Services, up to $97,325 Time and Materials (T&M) <br />This Task provides the environmental documentation to support environmental <br />resources permitting processes and to prepare a CEQA document and NEPA <br />document for the project. Tasks to be included under environmental <br />documentation are as follows: <br />a. Task 20.a Early Consultation with Permitting Agencies <br />a. The Consultant will initiate early coordination with the permitting agencies <br />after specific improvement projects are identified. The goal of this early <br />coordination effort is to solicit input from the agencies, identify design <br />elements that they may prefer changes to, and present solution <br />options/alternatives where applicable to gauge the regulatory agency’s <br />preferences. <br />b. Task 20.b Completion of Key Environmental Technical Studies <br />a. To support the permit applications, as well as any CEQA and NEPA <br />analysis required for these projects, the Consultant and team will develop <br />the following environmental technical studies for specifically identified <br />infrastructure improvement project(s): <br />i. Wetland and Jurisdictional Waters Delineation Report <br />ii.
