REV: 11-26-25 LF <br />Fees: <br />City shall pay Contractor on an as-needed basis to provide preventative maintenance and <br />emergency response services per the fee schedule and other charges described below, <br />in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($108,000). <br />On-Site Service Remote Online Service <br />Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – <br />3:30 PM (Regular Time/RT) <br />$247.50/hr $247.50/hr <br />Monday – Friday 3:31 PM – <br />7:29 AM (Overtime/OT) <br />$349.65/hr $349.65/hr <br />Saturday 24 Hours per day <br />(Overtime/OT) <br />$349.65/hr $349.65/hr <br />Sunday 24 hours per day <br />(Double Time/ DT) <br />$495/hr $495/hr <br />Holidays 24 hours per day <br />(Double Time/DT) <br />$495/hr $495/hr <br />•OT/DT travel time from place of residence to jobsite will be applied to on-site <br />service for weekends and holidays only. <br />•A trip charge of $170 will be applied to every on-site service call during RT hours. <br />•A phone/equipment charge of $35.00 for the first hour and $25.00 for each <br />additional hour shall be applied for each remote online service call. <br />•Rates are based on a maximum of eight (8) hours per day.
