A plat showing the above-described Quitclaim Area 2A is attached hereto and made a part hereof as <br />Exhibit A -2A. <br />QUITCLAIM AREA 3: <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being a portion of Parcel B as said parcel is described in that certain Deed of Easements <br />recorded January 10, 1986 as Document Number 86003619 of Official Records of said county, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 10 as shown on that certain subdivision map entitled <br />"Seaport Centre, Subdivision of Parcel A, 'Amended Map' of Parcel Map No. 82-1" recorded August 31, <br />1984 in Book 112 of Maps at pages 4-6, records of said county, said corner also being the most easterly <br />corner of said Parcel B; <br />Thence along the easterly and southwesterly lines of said Parcel B, the following two (2) courses: <br />1. South 17°51'55" West, 42.03 feet; <br />2.
