REV: 11-21-25 LF <br />c)Wall types clearly identified; <br />d)Security zones and perimeters; <br />e)Room and door numbers, and a numbering plan for the entire <br />facility; <br />f)Sections and details to enable a reasonable material takeoff; <br />and, <br />g)Contractor-furnished and City Staff-furnished equipment lists <br />incorporated in the layout. <br />(2) Roof plans that clearly show: <br />a)Slopes; <br />b)Type of roofing; <br />c)Roof access and pathways; <br />d)Location of any mechanical equipment; <br />e)Sufficient information to determine primary and secondary <br />means of drainage; and, <br />f)Parapets, guardrails, and any fall-protection items. <br />(3) Reflected ceiling plans that clearly show: <br />a)Ceiling material; <br />b)Access hatches; <br />c)Room numbers; <br />d)Partitions coordinated with the floor plans; and, <br />e)Mechanical & electrical features coordinated with mechanical & <br />electrical system drawings. <br />(4) Elevations that clearly show: <br />a)Types of surface materials; <br />b)Dimensions from finish floor to tops of walls, eaves and <br />rooflines; and, <br />c)All openings without dimensions but coordinated with door and <br />window schedules. <br />(5) Sections that clearly show: <br />a)Any security considerations; <br />b)Firewall conditions at tops of walls; <br />c)All essential building parts and materials; <br />d)All door, window, glazing, and hardware schedules complete <br />with sufficient detail to show the agreed-upon form and style; <br />and, <br />e)All items intended to be permanently affixed to the building. <br />b.Structural Drawings <br />(1) Floor and foundations plans that clearly show: <br />a)Principal dimensions; <br />b)All columns, shear walls, shafts, and stairs; <br />c)Coordination of structure with architectural floor plans; <br />d)Section cuts and details to identify the proposed type of <br />foundations; and, <br />e)Sufficient section and detail bubbles to show where sections <br />and details can be found. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.320/YEI Engineers, Inc.
