REV: 11-21-25 LF <br />(2) Roof plans that clearly show: <br />a)Principal dimensions; <br />b)All major framing members; <br />c)Sufficient sections and details to show design intent; <br />d)Coordination with architectural, mechanical, and electrical floor <br />plans; and, <br />e)Sufficient section and detail bubbles to show where sections <br />and details can be found. <br />(3) Sections and details that clearly show: <br />a)Design intent; <br />b)All-important connections; <br />c)Coordination with other structural plans; and, <br />d)Logical placement to allow easy location of sections and details. <br />c.Mechanical and Plumbing Drawings <br />(1) Mechanical and Plumbing plans which clearly show: <br />a)Room numbers; <br />b)Locations of all major pieces of equipment; <br />c)Layout and sizing of all ductwork and piping; <br />d)Symbol list coordinated with symbols on plans; <br />e)All points-of-connection including invert elevations; and, <br />f)Sufficient section and detail bubbles to show where sections <br />and details can be found. <br />(2) Equipment and fixture schedules that clearly show: <br />a)All fixtures identified; and, <br />b)All mechanical equipment identified and sized. <br />d.Electrical Drawings <br />(1) Lighting and power plans that clearly show: <br />a)Room numbers; <br />b)Single line diagrams of services and systems; <br />c)Symbol list coordinated with symbols on the plans; <br />d)Lighting plans coordinated with reflected ceiling plans; <br />e)Sufficient section and detail bubbles to show where sections <br />and details can be found; <br />f)Equipment and fixture schedules including lighting; and, <br />g)Intercom, public address (PA), closed circuit TV (CCTV), and <br />similar electrical and electronic systems. <br />e.Civil Drawings. Site and grading plans that clearly show: <br />(1) Site cross sections; <br />(2) Site contours and drainage; <br />(3) Locations of all benchmarks; <br />(4) Precise locations of all major elements; and, <br />(5) Roadways, driveways, and parking areas. <br />(6) Site utility plans that clearly show: <br />a)All connections to off-site utilities; <br />b)All points-of-connection including invert elevations; and, <br />c)All drainage systems and other utilities located and sized. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.320/YEI Engineers, Inc.
