REV: 11-21-25 LF <br />f.Specialty Systems including, but not limited to: security, fire protection, <br />building automation systems (BAS), lighting controls, and information <br />technology systems and Infrastructure: <br />(1) Symbol list coordinated with symbols on plans; <br />(2) Single line diagrams of services and systems; <br />(3) Location and type of reporting/monitoring devices; <br />(4) Power sources; <br />(5) Code analysis for fire protection systems; and, <br />(6) Reporting and Monitoring Architecture for BAS, security, fire <br />protection, and lighting controls. <br />g.Landscaping Drawings <br />(1) Site plans that clearly show: <br />a)Plant selection and planting layout; and, <br />b)Irrigation system with points-of-connection to site utilities. <br />h.Other Items <br />(1) Outline Technical Specifications describing the size, character, and <br />quality of the entire Project, including locations of materials; types of <br />structural, mechanical, electrical, and security systems; <br />(2) Engineering calculations clearly presented for all disciplines, <br />including realistic loads, and sufficiently complete for preparation of <br />Construction Documents to proceed; <br />(3) Room Data Sheets itemizing all requirements for each space <br />including: staff positions, furnishings, equipment including <br />equipment lists by room for fixed and moveable equipment, security <br />provisions, power, telephone and data requirements, etc.; <br />(4) Updated Energy Consumption Report; and, <br />(5) List of all existing permit-required confined spaces. <br />3.At 100% completion of the Design Development Phase, Consultant must <br />furnish to City Staff for purposes of checking and acceptance of Design <br />Development Phase Documents: <br />a.One reproducible copy of all Design Development Phase Documents <br />identified above; <br />b.One copy of the updated Project Schedule; <br />c.A Revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost. The construction <br />cost estimate must include all fixed equipment. A separate estimate <br />must be prepared and submitted for all movable equipment. <br />D.Construction Documents Phase <br />1.Based on the City Staff-accepted Design Development Phase Documents, <br />Consultant must prepare final Construction Drawings ready for Bidding and <br />construction purposes including but not limited to: <br />a.Drawings <br />(1) Consultant must complete, coordinate, and assemble the Drawings; <br />(2) Consultant must verify that all Drawing numbers, detail numbers, <br />and Project Manual references indicated on the Drawings are <br />correct; and, <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.320/YEI Engineers, Inc.
