REV: 11-21-25 LF <br />2.All Construction Documents Phase submittals and must be stamped and <br />signed by the Design Professional(s) of Record as appropriate for the <br />submittal. <br />3.Consultant shall identify all necessary approvals and permits required. <br />4.Other required Construction Document Phase Deliverables: <br />a.An Operating Manual describing the operation of all systems and <br />equipment designed into the Project; <br />b.An Updated Energy Consumption Report including estimates of annual <br />utilities consumption by month for the Project. The report must include <br />energy calculations for each significant component of the Project and <br />must include a narrative on why the particular components were <br />selected and what alternatives were considered. Maintenance <br />requirements for energy savings components must also be addressed <br />in the report; <br />c.Final Room Data Sheets itemizing requirements for each space; <br />d.An updated Project Schedule; <br />e.A Final Statement of Probable Construction Cost; <br />f.Simplified Floor Plans of all floors, in City Staff-approved format; <br />g.A preliminary report indicating how each Project-specific CEQA <br />Mitigation Measure was incorporated into the Contract Documents and <br />a table referencing the applicable Drawing number and/or Project <br />Manual section satisfying the requirement; and, <br />h.Moveable (Group 2) equipment list. <br />5.Consultant must furnish to City Staff for purposes of checking and <br />acceptance, one reproducible copy of Construction Documents Phase <br />submittals at 75% completion including: <br />a.Project Manual and Drawings; <br />b.Coordination Check Sheets; <br />c.Operating Manual; <br />d.Updated Energy Consumption Report; <br />e.Updated Room Data Sheets; <br />f.Moveable (group 2) equipment list; <br />g.Updated Project Schedule; <br />h.Updated Final Statement of Probable Construction Cost; <br />i.Preliminary CEQA Mitigation Measure report and table; and, <br />j.Updated Engineering Calculations. <br />6.Consultant must furnish to City Staff for purposes of checking and <br />acceptance, one reproducible copy of all Construction Documents Phase <br />submittals at 100% completion including: <br />a.Project Manual and Drawings stamped and signed and ready for <br />bidding; <br />b.Coordination Check Sheets; <br />c.One copy of the updated Project Schedule; <br />d.Computer flash drives containing electronic copies of all Construction <br />Documents Phase Deliverables; <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.320/YEI Engineers, Inc.
