7 <br />paid sick leave. Employees covered by this Summary are limited to one such designated <br />person per 12-month period for whom they can use paid sick leave to provide care. <br /> <br />3. Sick leave may also be utilized for specified circumstances as provided for by City Policy <br />and State and Federal law, including use of up to one-half of sick leave accrued in any <br />calendar year to obtain any relief or services related to being a victim of domestic <br />violence, sexual assault, or stalking including the following with appropriate certification <br />of the need for such services: <br />• A temporary restraining order or restraining order. <br />• Other injunctive relief to help ensure the health, safety or welfare of themselves or <br />their children. <br />• To seek medical attention for injuries caused by domestic violence, sexual assault, or <br />stalking. <br />ATTY/RESO.0129/CC RESO AMENDING CLASSIFICATION AND WAGE AND SALARY PLAN (EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT) - EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 12-17-25 MI
