Furthermore, the project was previously <br />determined to be categorically exempt per Section 15302 (Class 2 (c), Replacement or Reconstruction) in <br />that involved the replacement or reconstruction of existing utility systems and/or facilities involving <br />negligible or no expansion of capacity. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose not to accept the project or authorize the release of performance bonds and <br />retention.
