Page 3 of 10 <br />By motion, reject the settlement of subject claim. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />8.C.Property purchase and temporary construction easements related to the State <br />Route 84 (Woodside Road) / U.S. 101 Interchange Reimagined Project at 1485 <br />Veterans Boulevard using grant funds <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the Property Purchase Agreement between the City <br />of Redwood City, as Buyer, and Todd L. and Judy A. Freeman and Jeff A. and <br />Loretta V. Kreager, as Sellers, for the purchase of a fee parcel and a temporary <br />construction easement over real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number <br />052-431-020 (1485 Veterans Boulevard) in the amount of $37,500, plus any <br />escrow and recording costs incurred in the transaction. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />8.D.Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with County of San Mateo for the Bay <br />Road Complete Streets Rehabilitation Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum <br />of Understanding with County of San Mateo to share the local match funds plus <br />10% contingency equally and implement the design and construction phases of <br />the Bay Road Complete Streets Rehabilitation Project with the City’s share <br />capped at $274,573 plus the shared contingency. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />8.E.Final acceptance of the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station 8 & 9 Improvements <br />Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station 8 & 9 Improvements Project <br />and authorize the release of performance bonds and retention according to City <br />procedures. <br />CEQA: <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as <br />defined in CEQA Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for <br />resulting in either a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in <br />3
