Curtis & Sons will ensure the Fire Department <br />can continue to obtain essential protective gear and equipment needed for daily operations and <br />firefighter safety. The contract will maintain uninterrupted access to helmets, gloves, PPE, wildland gear, <br />and other critical firefighting supplies. <br />L.N. Curtis & Sons meets the Fire Department’s operational and safety specifications, and the agreement <br />is based on competitively procured NPPGov cooperative contracts. This approach satisfies the City’s <br />purchasing requirements while ensuring competitive pricing and service continuity. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master Purchase Agreement for Goods, <br />Commodities, and Services with LN Curtis & Sons for a term of three (3) years in an amount not to exceed <br />an aggregate amount of $1,000,000. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Public Safety <br />8.L. - Page 1 of 291 <br />356
