The anticipated impact of this policy, program, or action has been <br />assessed in the following way: <br />Relevant data not currently available <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Adopted FY 2025–26 budget includes appropriations for anticipated purchases under this agreement. <br />Any future purchases exceeding the Fire Department’s budget allocation will be brought forward through <br />a budget amendment for Council approval. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Do not approve the agreement and direct staff to conduct a new competitive solicitation.
