Seventeenth Amendment to Master Price Agreement for <br />FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT <br /> <br /> Product Addition <br />This Amendment to the Master Price Agreement is entered into this 27th day of February 2024 by <br />LEAGUE OF OREGON CITIES LOC (“Purchaser”) and L.N. CURTIS & SONS (“Vendor”) based upon <br />the sales and/or service of Fire Fighting Equipment. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into a Master Price Agreement numbered PS20015 on <br />or about March 18, 2020 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the First Amendment to the Master Price Agreement <br />on or about June 17, 2020 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Second Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about September 8, 2020 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Third Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about December 3, 2020 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Fourth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about February 28, 2021 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Fifth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about July 15, 2021 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Sixth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about November 23, 2021 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Seventh Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about December 15, 2021 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Eighth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about May 19, 2022 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Ninth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about June 30, 2022 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Tenth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about July 21, 2022 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Eleventh Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about September 21, 2022 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br /> <br />8.L. - Page 131 of 291 <br />486
