2 <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Twelfth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about February 2, 2023 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Thirteenth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about August 29, 2023 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Fourteenth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about October 26, 2023 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Fifteenth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about January 21, 2024 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the Sixteenth Amendment to the Master Price <br />Agreement on or about February 6, 2024 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vendor desires to add a product to the price list on Attachment A as permitted in the <br />Master Price Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vendor has provided notice, on or about February 27, 2024, to add the Symtech Fire <br />product line to Attachment A in the Master Price Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor desire that the Master Price Agreement shall be amended in <br />part to reflect the product addition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Purchaser and Vendor enter into the following: <br />8.L. - Page 132 of 291 <br />487
