CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 8.I. Agreement for Services with Signet Testing Laboratories, Inc. for <br />inspection and testing services on the Hoover Park <br /> Renovation Project to ensure conformance with plans, <br />specifications, and permit requirements <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee <br />to execute the Agreement for Services with Signet Testing <br />Laboratories, Inc. for construction inspection and special <br />inspection services for the Hoover Park Renovation Project in the <br />amount of $319,820, and authorize the City Manager or designee <br />to increase the contract amount, if necessary, by up to 10 percent <br />above the contract amount, for a total amount not to exceed <br />$351,802.
