(CPPG) to provide State Legislative Advocacy <br /> and Grant Writing Services to the City <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a <br />three-year services agreement with California Public Policy <br />Group, Inc. (CPPG), in an amount not to exceed $321,000, <br />including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for <br />two additional, consecutive one-year terms, for an aggregate <br />not- to-exceed amount of $535,000.
