CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 8.K. Purchase and Sale Agreement for Assessor’s Parcel <br /> Number 053-182-030 between the City of Redwood City <br /> from the Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution of the Successor Agency Board of the Successor <br />Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency approving a Purchase <br />and Sale Agreement between the City of Redwood City, as Buyer, and <br />Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, as Seller, for <br />the sale of real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 053-182-030 <br />in the amount of $900,000; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Redwood <br />City, as Buyer, and Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency, as Seller, for the purchase of real property identified as Assessor's <br />Parcel Number 053-182-030 in the amount of $900,000.
