<br />BAY AREA WATER SUPPLY AND CONSERVATION AGENCY <br />PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR THE CII LANDSCAPE PROGRAM <br />FOR JULY 1, 2025 THRU JUNE 30, 2026 <br /> <br />The Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) administers a CII Landscape Program <br />(Program) to provide BAWSCA members (Local Water Agencies) a cost-effective way to reduce outdoor <br />water use within their service area. BAWSCA has contracted with Waterfluence (Contractor) to provide <br />the Program services. Please complete and return this application to BAWSCA, attention Kyle Ramey, no <br />later than June 16, 2025. <br /> <br />Program Item Unit Cost x Quantity Total Cost <br />a. Site Setup $120 x 0 (# of new sites) $0 <br />b. Annual Subscription $88 x 400 (# of sites) $35,200 <br />c. Landscape Field Survey $1,750 x 4 (# of surveys) $7,000 <br />d. BAWSCA Administration Fee $148 x 1 Agency $148 <br />e. Maximum Program Budget $42,348 <br />Notes: <br />a. Setup. One‐time fee per number of sites added to Program. Covers site selection, compiling water and weather <br />data, creating site maps, and stakeholder outreach. <br />b. Annual Subscription. Covers all ongoing costs associated with updating and distributing Program information. <br />c. Landscape Field Survey. An optional on‐site evaluation that consists of an irrigation expert re‐measuring <br />irrigated areas, evaluating the irrigation system, and creating a customized report with findings and <br />recommendations to improve irrigation efficiency. <br />d. BAWSCA Administration Fee. Fee that BAWSCA uses to recover costs or administering Program. <br />By submitting this agreement, the Local Water Agency agrees to pay its share of the Program costs, up to <br />the maximum in Item e, within ten (10) days of its receipt of an invoice from BAWSCA. The Local Water <br />Agency is responsible for working with Contractor to ensure it remains within the Maximum Program <br />Budget.
