All R&D, Lab uses would be limited to <br />either Biosafety (BSL) levels 1 and 2 as required by the DTPP, BSL 3 and 4 <br />are prohibited. In addition, future tenants and uses would be required to meet <br />Building, Fire, and Health and Safety Codes as well as having an Evacuation <br />Plan, Medical Waste Management Plan, and Biosafety Plan approved by all <br />required agencies including the Redwood City Community Development <br />Department, Fire Department, and Transportation Department plus all federal, <br />state, and regional permitting agencies. <br /> <br />d. Permit Finding. Decisions regarding a Planned Development Permit <br />shall be based upon the purpose statement in this section.
