RESIDENT/CITIZEN PARTICIPATION <br />AstheprocessforconsideringtheProjectmovesforward, the Developerwill observethefollowing <br />protocol: <br />1. Provide affected tenants with full and timely access to documents relevant to the <br />relocation program; <br />2. Encourage meaningful participation in reviewing the Plan and monitoring the <br />relocation assistance program; including the Project area occupants, neighborhood <br />groupsandcommunityorganizationsformingarelocationcommittee(norelocation <br />committee was formed for two displaced households); <br />3. Provide technical assistance necessary to interpret elements of the Plan and other <br />pertinent materials (the Project occupants will be provided with a copy of the Plan <br />for review and comment); <br />4. Issue a general notice concerning the availability of the Plan for public review, as <br />required, 30 days prior to its proposed approval (the Project occupants will be <br />provided an Advisory Notice regarding the comment period with a copy of the <br />Plan); and <br />5. Include written or oral comments concerning the Plan as an attachment (Exhibit D) <br />when it is forwarded to the City of Redwood City for approval. <br />F. PROJECTED DATE OF DISPLACEMENT <br />Date specific 90 Day Vacate Notices will be issued to the Project tenants no earlier than September <br />2026. <br />G. ESTIMATED RELOCATION COSTS <br />Thetotal budget estimatefortenant RelocationBenefits payments forthis Project,includinga10% <br />contingency, is $284,800 (rounded). <br />The estimated relocation budget does not include any payments related to property acquisition. In <br />addition, the budget does not consider the cost of any services necessary to implement the Plan and <br />complete the relocation element of the Project. <br />If the Project is implemented, and circumstances arise that should change either the number of tenants <br />at the Project site and/or the amount of Relocation entitlements estimated, the Developer <br />will consider authorization of any additional funds that may need to be appropriated.
