EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />The land referred to herein below is situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California and is described as follows. <br />Lots 15 and 15 in Block 7, as designated on the Map entitled, "Edgewood Park, Redwood City, <br />California", which Map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California on June 22, 1925 in Book 12 of Maps at Pages 41 and 42. <br />Being that parcel of land conveyed to from by that deed dated 05/18/2021 and recorded 46/11/2021 in <br />Instrument 2421-089959, of the San Mateo County, CA public registry.
