3. The Planning Commission finds that the Property meets the historic <br />designation criteria established by the Redwood City Historic Preservation Ordinance as <br />set forth herein and recommends that the City Council designate the residence and <br />Property located at 839 Blandford Boulevard, Redwood City, California a Historic <br />Landmark. <br />4. The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council approve a <br />Historic Property Preservation Agreement for the Property, attached as Exhibit A. <br />5.
