Protests of any fees, dedications, reservations, or other exactions imposed by the City as part of the <br />approval or as a condition of approval of the project pursuant to California Government Code Section 66020 and shall be filed <br />within 90-days from the date of the project approval. Provide a survey report, prepared by a licensed surveyor, verifying site building location, setbacks, <br />and building height, if applicable, to the Building Division for review and approval prior to permit issuance. Survey report shall <br />be kept on the project site throughout the course of construction and be made available to the Building Inspector for all <br />foundation forms and footings inspections. [Section 9.40 of Municipal Code][SDR] <br />Prior to Building Permit <br />Issuance and again prior <br />to Foundation Framing <br />Inspection <br />B2 Sales and Use Taxes. Register with the Board of Equalization to create an ID prior to maximize the City’s allocation of sales <br />and use taxes associated with project construction. Contact the City Revenue Manager at (650) 780-7213 to coordinate on <br />this process and requirements. [Guidance Brochure][COA] <br />Prior to Building Permit <br />Issuance <br />B3 Hours of Construction. Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except <br />as permitted on weekends by the Building Official, and in accordance with the City’s Noise Ordinance and standard <br />construction noise controls in General Plan Program PS-63. Schedule noisiest construction activities, as identified under <br />Section 24.30, on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. when ambient noise levels are the highest. Install and provide photo verification of at least one 36” x 48” (minimum) construction sign in a visible <br />location along the project frontage for the duration of construction. The sign shall include, at minimum, the following <br />information: project name & address, elevation or rendering, construction manager (name, phone number), anticipated <br />completion (season, year), and the City’s permitting website http://permits.redwoodcity.org. Install temporary construction fence around the perimeter of the site that provides for continued pedestrian traffic <br />meeting the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act as approved by the Building Official. Contain all construction <br />debris in an approved debris box at all times and discard in accordance with Recology standards. Schedule a pre-construction meeting with the Building Official or Designee to discuss the <br />inspection process and requirements for construction and site work. The City will arrange attendance from the associated <br />divisions including Engineering, Fire, Planning, Housing, and other divisions as applicable. The Applicant shall arrange for the <br />attendance of the owner, developer, construction manager, contractor, and all subcontractors who are responsible for grading <br />and erosion and sedimentation protection controls.
