Code § 27383] <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE <br />HARBOR VIEW DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />The City of Redwood City ("City") has conducted an annual review of the Development <br />Agreement between the City and Harbor View Property LLC, a Delaware limited liability <br />company ("Developer"), dated for reference purposes as of December 28, 2022, and recorded <br />in the Official Records of San Mateo County as Document No. 2023-000975 ("Development <br />Agreement') for the annual review period from January to December 2025.
