Code § 27383] <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE <br />HARBOR VIEW DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />The City of Redwood City ("City") has conducted an annual review of the Development <br />Agreement between the City and Harbor View Property LLC, a Delaware limited liability <br />company ("Developer"), dated for reference purposes as of December 28, 2022, and recorded <br />in the Official Records of San Mateo County as Document No. 2023-000975 ("Development <br />Agreement') for the annual review period from January to December 2025. The City found <br />Developer to be in compliance with the Development Agreement. <br />In accordance with Section 7.1(D) of the Development Agreement, this certificate shall serve as <br />the official notice that after the annual review period noted above and based upon the <br />information actually known to the undersigned: (1) the Development Agreement remains in <br />effect; and (2) the Developer is not in Default, as defined in the Development Agreement. <br />The anticipated date of commencement of the next annual review is December 1, 2026, by <br />which date, Developer shall provide documentation of its good faith compliance with the <br />Development Agreement, including a completed Annual Review Form in the form provided in <br />the Development Agreement and such other information as may reasonably be requested. <br />Developer may record this Certificate of Compliance without cost or expense to City. <br />Effective Date: I ? 11, 12— <br />CITY: <br />City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Manager <br />[signature must be notarized] <br />ATTEST. <br />"1 <br />4 <br />Y ssik Castro, City Clerk <br />
