REV: 11-26-25 LR <br />PDF copies of shop drawings/submittals during construction <br />Conform set drawing in PDF format <br />Record drawing in PDF and AutoCAD formats (version 2024) <br />Task 6 – Additional Work (As needed) – $51,000 <br />Consultant shall provide additional services, as needed and directed by the City’s project <br />manager, for an amount not to exceed 10% of the agreement budget, upon prior written <br />approval of the City’s project manager. <br />Task 7 – Reimbursable Expenses – $1,000 <br />Reimbursement of direct expenses, as approved by the City’s project manager in <br />advance. Reimbursable expense may include reproduction of plans not otherwise <br />specified as a Deliverable, mileage, parking, and other direct project related expenses. <br />Task 8 – Subconsultant, YEI Engineers (Structural) – $102,400 <br />Structural consultation and design. Subconsultant fee and expenses includes additional <br />BKF 10% markup. <br />Task 9 – Subconsultant, Biggs Cardosa Associates (MEP) – $148,500 <br />Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing consultation and design. Subconsultant fee and <br />expenses includes additional BKF 10% markup. <br />Fees and Invoices: <br />Consultant shall invoice the City, to the attention of the City’s project manager, on a <br />monthly basis. Consultant shall be paid on an hourly basis at the rates identified below in <br />Table 2 based on monthly invoices in accordance with Section 6 of the Agreement. In <br />addition, monthly invoices shall include details of billed activities and remaining budget <br />for each task (as defined herein), a summary progress report, and milestones met. <br />If applicable, all invoices shall include sub-Consultant invoices and direct costs.
