REV: 11-26-25 LR <br />Meet with the City’s project manager to discuss 90% design comments <br />Update 90% Plans, Specifications, and Estimates <br />Review and respond to City project manager’s comments in a comment matrix <br />Incorporate 90% design submittal review comments <br />Prepare 100% design consisting of complete construction documents, including <br />drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, and construction schedule. <br />The submittal shall also include a demolition and disposal plan and any required <br />construction phasing to ensure a safe path of travel for students during <br />construction. <br />Submit final (100%) PS&E Package. The submittal shall be signed and ready for <br />signature and submitted to the City’s project manager for review and approval. <br />Deliverables: <br />Four (4) sets of final (100%) design plans (24”x36”) in hard copy <br />90% Plans redlined with City project manager’s comments <br />Comment matrix in Word format <br />One (1) complete set of stamped and signed Final Plans, Specifications, <br />Engineer’s Estimates <br />100% Plan set and engineer’s estimate electronically in PDF format and source <br />file (for plans transmit format that is compatible with AutoCAD 2024) <br />Task 5 – Construction Engineering/Support – $21,344 <br />Consultant shall provide bid phase support on an as-needed basis to answer any <br />technical question that may arise. Consultant shall perform the tasks including, but not <br />limited to, the following: <br />Attend pre-bid meeting and prepare agenda and meeting minutes <br />Provide information in response to bidders’ questions <br />Prepare addenda to the bid documents <br />Prepare conform set drawing <br />Attend pre-construction meetings <br />Review and approve shop drawing/submittals <br />Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction <br />Attend construction meetings and field visits as needed <br />Prepare Record (as built) drawings <br />Deliverables: <br />Agenda and meeting minutes <br />Response to questions <br />Addenda <br />Responses to RFIs <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.327/BKF Engineers (Corporation Yard Reconfiguration Design Agreement) (Page 14 of 16)
