REV: 11-26-25 LR <br />Deliverables: <br />Two (2) sets of 65% design plans (24”x36”) in hard copy <br />65% Plan set, engineer’s estimate and topographic survey electronically in PDF <br />format and source file (for plans transmit format that is compatible with AutoCAD <br />2024) <br />Task 3 – 90% Design & Estimates – $62,998 <br />Under Task 3, Consultant shall respond to comments on the 65% PS&E and prepare final <br />detailed plans, specifications, and estimates for proposed improvements. Consultant <br />shall prepare a response matrix listing review comments provided by the City’s project <br />manager and Consultant’s responses to those comments. Consultant shall incorporate <br />comments and shall return the original redline comments from the City’s project manager <br />with succeeding submittals. <br />Consultant shall perform the following tasks including, but not limited to: <br />Meet with the City’s project manager to discuss 65% design comments <br />Review and respond to City project manager’s comments in a comment matrix <br />Incorporate 65% design submittal review comments <br />Prepare design specifications including construction bid item descriptions <br />Prepare 90% design consisting of signing and striping drawings, lighting design, <br />civil design and grading, construction notes, construction cost estimates, and <br />construction schedule <br />City staff will review the designs and estimates and will provide comments. <br />Deliverables: <br />Two (2) sets of 90% design plans (24”x36”) in hard copy <br />Comment matrix in Word or Excel format <br />65% Plans redlined with City project manager’s comments <br />90% Plan set and engineer’s estimate electronically in PDF format and source file <br />(for plans transmit format that is compatible with AutoCAD 2024) <br />Task 4 – Final (100%) Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E) – $29,184 <br />Upon approval of the detailed plans, specifications, and estimates in Task 3 from City <br />staff, Consultant shall prepare the final package for construction. Consultant shall prepare <br />a response matrix listing City project manager’s review comments and Consultant’s <br />responses to those comments.
